Throughout your investigation of the many Academy
benefits, you're invited to take advantage of the "Deed Processing
Program," for as long as your territory remains open for membership.
Please personalize this sample, so you will have a form prepared in
the event that a member or prospect requires assistance processing a
deed.
DEED PROCESSING PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The purpose of the Deed Processing Program is to facilitate members'
ability to interact with each other on a uniform, predictable and efficient
basis.
The best way to get started is for each law firm to create a form that
will be used by the members that need deeds processed in another state.
The form will outline all of the specific items, documents, information
and payment methods required by that law firm to perform the deed work
being requested. Some content ideas are given below.
As you create your Deed Processing Form, keep in mind that you want
to be specific. Include your realistic "turn around time,"
payment methods and fees involved. Be sure to include a thorough description
of what is included for the fee. If applicable, add additional charges and
their amounts.
