About Ivy Atkinson

Ivy is a part of the Member Services Department and specializes in member recruitment. She works closely with other Academy departments to develop and communicate the benefits of Academy membership.

Professional Experience

Ivy spent 15 years in sales and marketing before coming to the Academy. For seven of those years, she worked in the high tech industry, developing and managing valued added reseller accounts. While at Tracker Software International and Remote Control International she helped to expand their customer bases substantially. Over the course of her career, she has been a consistent performer, receiving top honors as a salesperson in 1988-89, 1992-93 and 1995. Ivy has also provided educational presentations and sales-building expertise to retailers and others needing to expand and develop their businesses.

Education

Ivy earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton. While in school she made dean's list and is a member of Rho Epsilon and Alpha Gamma Sigma.

Personal

Ivy is married and the mother of three young daughters. She lives with her family in Granville, Ohio and enjoys jogging and collecting antiques.
